​Hi, my name is Susana Tuya!

If you’ve landed on this page, chances are you’ve found me through my social media channels and will be no stranger to my goal of empower and inspire my audience to live their best life.   

If this is our first meeting, though, you may not know that I’m Latin American, and that my background is in marketing, TV-presenting, business and success coaching – and also property consulting. My greatest passion is to see my clients thrive in life.

Throughout my business career, I’ve always had one heel in personal development (and have started and sold a few businesses) and the other in property.  

Personal development and property have been in my blood since my early years. 

Thinking back, my first taste of self-employment came at the age of 18, when I’d been hired as a real estate agent for Harcourts St Heliers in New Zealand, selling prestige million-dollar homes. Back then I had no idea this was to be the beginning of a life-long passion for helping people find places to build their dreams. 

​When I moved to the Gold Coast after 25 years in New Zealand, I noticed a significant gap in the market. I felt buyers were not given the proper service and, sadly, at times were treated as dollar signs.

In the coaching world that inhabit, it’s always about the client and their results. Our approach, in all of our companies, is people first, before profit. 

I am blessed to have successfully blended two of my deepest passions that allow me to create change, to inspire and to impact my world.
